Thoughts are with all those affected by the California wildfires
I am deeply saddened to see the devastation from the wildfires burning here in Northern California. Day 6 of hazard alerts for air quality in the San Francisco area is a constant and ever-present reminder for all of us to hold good thoughts for the families, firefighters, volunteers, animals, personal properties and beautiful landscapes that have been so adversely affected by the destruction.
TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
Over the last several days, air quality in the entire Bay Area has been the worst ever recorded. Many of us have felt the hit with our health: headaches, nausea, shortness of breath and throat irritation are all signs of harsh particulates being inhaled from the surrounding air. Please take care of yourselves, other family members, friends and pets. Stay indoors as much as possible and be sure to wear a face mask that is "NIOSH" rated with a "R95", "N95", or "P95" noted on the packaging and the actual mask.
Wearing one of these can make a huge difference for your well being and respiratory health! Please email me for any additional information or questions you may have.
